Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Open the App Store app, tap your profile icon, go to Subscriptions, select Text Her, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Refunds are handled through Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Q: How do I delete my account?

A: Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom. This will permanently delete all your data.

Q: The app isn't working correctly.

A: Email us at texther@tmmc.me with details about the issue (device, iOS version, what's happening). We'll help you troubleshoot.
